  • Course templates and resources
  • Voice AI training and implementation
  • RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) courses
  • Sales systems training and automation
  • Social media automation courses
  • GoHighLevel integration and training
  • Technical support and community assistance

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

4. COURSE ACCESS AND CONTENT

Upon successful payment and registration, you will receive lifetime access to all purchased courses and materials. This includes:

  • Community platform participation rights
  • Weekly live session attendance
  • Challenge participation and prize eligibility

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information, technology evolves rapidly, and some content may become outdated. We commit to regularly updating our courses to maintain relevance.

5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Our community platform is designed to foster learning and collaboration. All community members must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • No spam, promotional content, or unauthorized advertising
  • Share knowledge and help fellow learners when possible
  • No sharing of course content with non-members

Violation of community guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the community platform.

6. PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUNDS

All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided, all sales are final. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course content within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team with a detailed explanation.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

7. FREE SERVICES (N8N SERVER)

As part of our course package, we provide a one-year free n8n personal server valued at $240. This service is subject to the following terms:

  • Server access is provided for educational and practice purposes only
  • Users are responsible for their own data backup and security
  • We reserve the right to monitor usage for abuse or violations
  • Server uptime is targeted at 99% but not guaranteed
  • After the one-year period, users may choose to continue at standard rates
  • Misuse of server resources may result in immediate termination
  • No commercial use without explicit written permission

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Automation Learners and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as permitted in these Terms.

Students retain rights to any original work they create using the knowledge gained from our courses, but may not redistribute or resell our course materials.

9. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Sharing login credentials or course access with unauthorized individuals
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
  • Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information
  • Transmitting viruses, worms, or other malicious code
  • Recording, downloading, or redistributing course content

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact us directly. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though access to purchased content may continue as per the original purchase terms.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve issues amicably.

14. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Our Service is operated from Bangladesh and is intended for users worldwide. If you access our Service from outside Bangladesh, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in Bangladesh.

Exchange rates for international payments may fluctuate, and additional fees may apply based on your payment method and location.

15. UPDATES TO TERMS
