Any duplicate payment will be refunded anytime and instantly. If you have been charged multiple times for the same course or service due to technical errors, payment processing issues, or accidental multiple submissions, we will provide an immediate full refund for the duplicate charges.

For duplicate payment refunds:

- Full refund will be processed within 24 hours of notification
- No conditions or requirements need to be met
